Discipleship without surrender ALMOST works. Almost is not enough. As we follow Jesus conflicts arise between our desires and His desires. Ultimately these conflicts are not of duty but of the attention and intention of our hearts. Surrendering to Jesus is the bridge that transforms duty to delight in the hearts of his disciples.
