In the end he shares five ideas about our judgments: keep your opinions to yourself unless you are asked for them; we seldom know enough of the whole picture to fully judge; God is the judge and we are in sales not in management; write your judgments in pencil so they are not permanent and can be amended; when we are wrong, admit it.
